Covid-19 Pre-entry Screening Tool

In Ontario, workplaces are required to screen all employees before going to work each day (even if those individuals are vaccinated). The Ontario government, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health, has developed a simple online questionnaire to help workplaces meet this requirement. Online screening tools are also available for customer screening for those businesses or organizations that are open and are required to actively screen patrons, as per the advice of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, or for those businesses that choose to add this to their workplace health and safety protocols as an extra measure. One thing of note: the questionnaires ask if anyone you live with is waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms, but it does not explicitly ask the same question of the individual completing the questionnaire. Consideration should be given to asking this additional question for greater certainty as these individuals should not be coming to the workplace pending the results of such tests.
